The Institute of Balkan Studies & Centre of Tracology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IBTSCT-BAS) in cooperation with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in Bulgaria organizes a seminar on the topic Getting to know the Balkans through the eyes of diplomats, military and journalists.
